Serviced Apartments in Albany NY's Center Square

About The Neighborhood
The streets around Washington Park, known to locals as Center Square, is one of Albany oldest urban neighborhoods. With many of its row houses dating back to the early 1800s, Center Square was actually considered "suburban" by 18th century standards. Once home to a large cemetery, long since relocated to Albany Rural and St. Agnes cemeteries, Washington Park was designed by acolytes of Frederick Law Olmsted in a style familiar to Central Park in New York City. Bordered on the West by Willett St., on the South by Madison Ave., on the North by Washington Ave. and on the East by Swan St., Center Square is still home many of Albany's finest homes, coolest restaurants and shops and possesses a funky urban vibe that continues to attract residents and tourists alike.
